Juz came back from jogging. Damn near died running. I really have to give up smoking this time round if I wana get any fitter. Yeah yeah... I kow you guys have heard this rhetoric for a damn long time? 4 years if I'm not wrong. Hahaha. But I'm damn sure gonna try my best to quit this time. I don't wana let cigarettes ruin my fitness anymore.
